Foolish Google Earthlings

Some fun with Google Earth and Photoshop.
Notes
  1. None of these images are an official representations of a final, and complete building.
  2. None of these images are meant to represent enough information to build a structure.
  3. None of these images are meant to imply that I have secured the rights (legal, moral, or otherwise), allowance, ability, or equity to build within the area of Midtown Manhattan from City of New York, the State of New York, or that the local councils or communities have been informed of any plan to build in the depicted area, which they have not, nor are there any current plans to build in the depicted area.
  4. None of these images are meant to imply that the structures depicted have been reviewed or designed by a licensed Professional Engineer or Architect.
  5. None of these images are meant to imply that I, or the creator of the Google Earth Plug-in depicting the Freedom Tower has aqquired permision from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) to depict the Freedom Tower. Further, it is well established that artistic depictions of future building projects, once established given specific parameters, can be used, due to the nature of artistic depictions being established as exclusive from and independent of the physical structure. These images should not be construed as promotional materals for the LMDC.

The design of the buildings is seperately lisenced from these images, and lisence to use these images elseware, if given by their creator, should not be construed as a lisence to use the design depicted.
